LIMITED LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

TORQUE HD Wheels Structural Warranty:
Torque Wheels, LLC, warrants to the original retail purchaser that Torque HD wheels will be free of structural, manufacturing, or material defects, provided they are utilized under normal and intended usages. This warranty will remain in effect for the entirety of the time that the original retail purchaser owns the product. An original invoice or bill of sale in the name of the original purchaser may be required. This warranty is non-transferable.
TORQUE HD Wheels Finish Warranty:
Torque Wheels, LLC further warrants Torque HD wheels to be free from defects on the Paint and Hyper-Clear Defense finishes for a period of three years from the date of original purchase. This finish warranty does not apply to any polished or machined aluminum wheels as they require regular maintenance due to oxidization. This warranty is non-transferable.
This limited warranty is the sole express warranty given and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, whether oral or written. All implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
TORQUE HD Wheels Warranty Policies:
Torque Wheels, LLC’s sole obligation under the Structural Warranty and Finish Warranty shall be to repair or replace, at Torque Wheels LLC’s discretion, without charge, any Torque HD wheel which is returned (freight prepaid) to the dealer from whom the item was originally purchased, and which, after examination is determined that said product has failed in normal use and service due to defects in material and/or workmanship. Replacement or repair of any Torque HD wheel shall not include installation. Return of defective products MUST be approved in advance and accompanied by a Return Authorization # issued by Torque HD Wheels prior to any return. All goods must be properly labeled, packaged, palletized, loaded, and shipped with a packing slip listing the Return Authorization #.
